At Tiny Gem Supply, each selection is carefully curated and offered in limited quantities. Due to the small-batch and specialty nature of our materials, we ask that all purchases be made thoughtfully.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unaltered items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Strands must remain uncut and intact

  • Components must not show signs of wear or use

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us through our [Contact Us] form before sending any items back. Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, the original purchase must first be returned and processed as a refund. A new order may then be placed separately.

Due to limited and frequently changing inventory, availability of specific items cannot be guaranteed.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Cut strands

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tiny Gem Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Gemstones and specialty materials may contain natural inclusions, variations in tone, or minor size differences. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
