Are all your gemstones small in size?

While we specialize in micro gemstone beads and mini strands — typically ranging from 2mm to 4mm — we also source larger stones when they are especially beautiful, unusual, or cut with exceptional character.

Our focus is not strictly size, but refinement and distinction. Whether petite accent beads or select larger statement stones, every piece is chosen intentionally for quality, cut, and individuality.

Where do you source your gemstones?

We personally attend gem shows and and through direct trade relationships with international suppliers to find distinctive cuts, rare materials, and unusual stones. Our focus is on character and quality — not mass inventory.

Do you sell wholesale?

We offer designer-friendly strand and accent quantities rather than bulk warehouse volumes.

Are the photos of the actual stones?

Yes. All photographs are taken in natural light to accurately represent color, cut, and character. As gemstones are natural materials, slight variations are expected and part of their individuality.

What does “mini strand” mean?

Mini strands are shorter, curated lengths designed for accent work, focal details, and refined jewelry projects. They provide just what you need — budget-friendly and without excess.

What size hole do the beads have?

Hole sizes are listed in each product description. Most of our micro gemstone beads feature 0.4mm-0.5mm holes unless otherwise specified. Typically: 2mm beads = 0.5mm hole, 3mm beads= 0.7mm hole, 4mm beads=0.8mm hole, 6mm beads=1mm hole.

Do you restock items?

Some designs may return, but many of our finds are limited and sourced in small quantities. If you see something you love, we recommend securing it while available.

How should I care for natural gemstone beads?

Store beads in a dry place away from prolonged moisture and chemicals. Avoid harsh cleaners. Handle with care during jewelry assembly to protect delicate micro cuts. When stringing natural gemstone beads, we recommend using the largest cord or wire that comfortably fits through the bead hole. A snug fit provides better structure, durability, and overall longevity for your finished piece.

Where do you ship from and how quickly?

All orders ship from Dallas, Texas within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. We sell online only, no local pickups.

What is your return policy?

Due to the small-batch and specialty nature of our curated materials, we accept returns on unused, unaltered items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  1. Items must be unused and in original condition
  2. Strands must remain uncut and intact
  3. Components must show no signs of wear
  4. Items must be returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact Us form before sending any items back.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the original purchase must be returned and processed as a refund. A new order may then be placed separately. Due to limited inventory, availability cannot be guaranteed.

What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Cut strands
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance or discounted items

Are you responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have shipped.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Tiny Gem Supply is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.

We are also not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, holidays, weather, or incorrect addresses. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance with delivery issues.

What if my order arrives incorrect?

If your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 1 day of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
