* Shipping: Orders ship on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, excluding postal holidays. Due to high order volume, orders placed on a scheduled shipping day will ship on the next scheduled shipping day, not the same day. Expedited shipping is available at checkout, but orders are still shipped on the scheduled shipping dates.
* Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please do not send anything back without contacting me first. Items must be returned in their original condition, and bead strands must remain uncut. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
